In his opening remarks, Yedi Basak President Attorney İsmet Yıldırım summarized the organization's humanitarian aid activities to date and highlighted the importance of representative offices in the field. Yıldırım emphasized that these offices are not only operational units but also the most important structures that realize the organization's growth vision.
Institutional Development and New Term Goals
Following the meeting, Board Member Mehmet Kurşunlu presented his presentation titled “Human Resources and Institutional Development”, assessing the strengthening of human resources, increasing the institutional capacity of representative offices, and sustainability initiatives.
Then, department managers outlined the principles of transparency and accountability in administrative operations. Project presentations included the organization’s active areas of activity, regions reached, and benefits achieved. The Media Department provided information on the interactive power of social media efforts and innovative communication methods.
